About the Event
We have seen some amazing acts of kindness large and small during the Covid-19 crisis. It is proven that kindness is beneficial to both the receiver and the giver so how can we ensure we foster the spirit of kindness beyond the current crisis and bring an approach of kindness into everyday life? This session will look at benefits of kindness for individuals and society and ways to incorporate kindness into your life.
I am running this event in conjunction with Bell House an educational charity focusing on wider learning in the community. We want both want the workshops to be accessible to everyone who needs them so we have made this session free. Please consider making a donation to Bell House, if you are able to, in order to support their work and allow and mine. Just a small donation will make a big difference
