Discover how being more mindful of nature can inspire us to bring forth a healthier, happier, more peaceful and sustainable life.
The study and practice of Mindfulness in Nature is about how we can restore our connection to the natural world to see more clearly the interconnectedness of things.
We will spend time using all our senses to be fully aware of our surrondings. There will be opportunity for discussion, mindfulness practice and time spent in nature.
We will meet at Court Lane entrance to park. No experience necessary, this session is suitable for all- if you have any questions please do get in touch.
You may want to bring something to sit on and wear suitable clothing.
