Panic Attacks, how to manage before, during & after
Time & Location
About the Event
Panic Attacks can be frightening for the individual and those trying to support them. earn about triggers, early warning signs, symptoms during an attack and how to deal with the aftermath. Increasing our understanding reduces the fear and power of attacks.
This session is suitable for individuals who have experienced panic attacks and friends, colleagues or family looking for ways to offer support. This includes young people who may wish to attend with parents/caregivers . Please note this session was originally run in January and is being offered again due to overwhelming demand.
Tickets are by donation. The original price for the face-to-face event was £10 so our suggested donation for the online event is £5. Any donations above £5 would also be greatly appreciated.
However, we want this talk to be accessible to everyone who needs it, especially at a time of great financial uncertainty for many, and so the minimum donation to book a place is only £1 (as low as Eventbrite allows for a donation ticket).
