About the Event
Prioritizing your wellbeing is always important but in challenging times it becomes key and it is often when we let it slip. This session will help you focus on small, easy steps you can take right now to improve your wellbeing. It will share evidenced-based ways that positively impact your physical and mental health, which in turn will increase your ability to cope with life’s challenges.
I am running this event in conjunction with Bell House an educational charity focusing on wider learning in the community. We want both want the workshops to be accessible to everyone who needs them so we have made this session free.
