Join this webinar to gain some strategies for keeping well and motivated whilst working at home, whether that is due to these current difficulties or your regular practice. Tips on manging self isolation or self distancing. 

At this time we all need to prioritise our wellbeing, adapt to manage our lives and learn new ways of being. 

I have managed remote working teams for 15 years and now work from home providing wellbeing and mental health awareness to businesses and communities. 

We can all come together even if that is virtually and make a difference to opur own wellbeing and that of our family, friends, colleagues and communities.
