How to deal with change - the only constant in life
An online webinar on why we struggle with change and what tools you can use to manage change positively.
Time & Location
23 Jun 2020, 19:00 – 20:00
About the event
As the saying goes “Change is the only constant in life” so why do we struggle to manage change and often push against it even when change is inevitable? If we can learn to embrace, welcome and thrive through change we will alter our whole perception of our daily lives. This session will look at how our heads and hearts deal with change and tools you can utilise to manage change positively.
I am running this event in conjunction with Bell House an educational charity focusing on wider learning in the community. We ask for a small donation to book a place, with a suggested donation of £5. Any donations above £5 would also be greatly appreciated. However, we want this talk to be accessible to everyone who needs it especially during this time and so the minimum donation to book a place is only £1 (as low as Eventbrite allows for a donation ticket).
This session will be delivered via Zoom. After registration and close to the date of the event, Eventbrite will send you the link to access the webinar.
Please get in touch if you have any questions or would like to more about this event.
