About the event
Lack of confidence can prevent us from achieving our goals in and out of work and enable fear to rule our lives. But we can develop confidence and begin embracing life, starting with self-care to boost our self esteem.
This workshop will explore behaviours and language of confident people, self care strategies and enable participants to gain resources for building confidence.
This workshop is delivered in conjunction with Bell House, a lifelong learning charity. Suggested donation of £5. Way to Wellbeing and Bell House are grateful for any donations.
