About the event

Mindfulness is a way of staying in the moment and developing a kind and non-judgemental awareness to ourselves and our surroundings. It helps us see clearly what is going on in our lives. It is not about trying to change the way things are but about accepting things as they are – the pleasant and the unpleasant – and being able to respond to life’s ups and downs with greater freedom. It supports a re-connection between mind and body.

It ever there was a time to devlop the ability to bring acceptance and awareness to our lives, now is that time. 

Join me for regular half hour mindfulness session, practicing together even online gives of a sense of community and feeling of togetherness. 

No experience necessary. When you book a ticket you will recieve a link to join via Zoom webinar.
