Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Online February

MHFA online includes a blended approach of individual learning and four instructor-led live interactive sessions,  I will be delivering as a certified MHFA England Instructor Member with a wealth of mental health experience.

You will learn invaluable skills, increase your knowledge and confidence to support your own and other people's mental health, both remotely and face-to-face.  Join a community of over half a million people already trained in MHFA England skills.
