About the event
Mindfulness has been shown to reduce stress, increase emotional resilience, promote a genuine sense of joy and increase a sense of calm to cope with life’s up’s and down’s.
Self Compassion is the key to building a better relationship with ourselves, caring for ourselves in a supportive way - letting go of negative self talk and perfectionism.
Over six weeks we will explore together a variety of Mindfulness practices, building on skills each week. There will be time to listen, share and practice together with resources each week to take home and develop at your own pace.
Six week course- every Thursday evening 7p.m - 8.30 p.m
