About the event

We are seeing a rise in anxiety, both diagnosed and undiagnosed, but do we understand why we feel anxious?

We will look at tools to support the anxious brain and build a new relationship with your anxiety.

This session is in conjunction with Bell House, a lifelong learning charity.  Suggested donation of £5. Way to Wellbeing and Bell House are grateful for any donations.
