We offer a range of tailored wellbeing initiatives, including designing and implementing a wellbeing strategy and action plan. 

All wellbeing workshops can be delivered online or face to face from 60 minutes to a full day, or why not combine a series of workshops for a team wellbeing day.

As working from home becomes an option for many even after this crisis how can we manage staff wellbeing and mental health from a distance? This workshop will give managers and HR teams the tools to support employees. 

It will explore the impact of remote working, how to spot the signs of mental ill health and ways you can support wellbeing across your teams and importantly for yourself

How to Develop Confidence through Self Care

Lack of confidence can prevent us from achieving our goals in and out of work and enable fear to rule our lives. But we can develop confidence and begin embracing life, starting with self-care to boost our self esteem.

This workshop will explore self care strategies, enable participants to gain resources for building confidence and develop a wellbeing toolkit to take away.

Mindfulness within the workplace 

There is a growing body of evidence showing that mindfulness can help us self-regulate our moods and thoughts, become more resilient in the face of stress and challenges, make us more productive and effective, and restore a sense of calm and balance to our lives. 


This workshop will help you understand how you can incorporate a mindfulness practice in your own life. It includes discussion and opportunity to practice.

This workshop enables managers to understand how to support their wellbeing as well as the wellbeing of their team, as to be a great people manager we also need to look after ourselves.
